If anyone knows where to find this, please say it, really need to know where you could get it. It says it's a world drop at the Transformation Platform but can't find any clue on where you could find it otherwise.

The guy who drops this has the longest spawn timer, I have a toon camped there where I check if he is up after doing an activity on my main. It has been about 2 weeks and I havent seen him a single time.

Drops from rare Harkyn Grymstone. He is part of the 14 hour rare respawn timer and will not be up unless it is his time. See this comment by Xirev for more info.

The spawn rate is too long, the drop rate is abysmal... its makes no sense how something as little as cheeks hair is this hard to acquire, its frustrating.

This manuscript haunts me, the rare doesn't always spawn on his timer, sometimes he doesn't spawn at all, sometimes the 3 dudes standing around him spawn and not him, also currently with the dream surges if he does spawn, you cant tag him while he's immune but people still kill the 3 mobs he shares health with.. So he dies and no one gets loot, amazing

This one needs a serious buff to it's drop rate, it's the worst. The other manuscripts from similar rare spawns on the same 14 hour respawn timer are no where near as bad as this one. That's assuming Harkyn Grymstone actually spawns at all, dude has some serious stage fright or something.

seriously what is the drop rate on this thing?
Thanks to this week being a waking shores dreamsurge week and the game actually forcing him to spawn you can kill him multiple times a day since he will respawn every couple of hours.

When this is the last one I need for the achievement it's getting ridiculous. They need to put this manuscript on a more reliably spawning mob. Some of the other drops from the 14 hour rares have multiple sources, so why doesn't this one.

I swear to ^&*! I've killed this guys dozens upon dozens of times and no manuscript. I'm at 334/346 manuscripts that I can obtain and this one has been the WORST to try for, even over the raid manus. They really need to buff this drop rate for only dropping from one rare on an unreliable 14 hour respawn timer. And it wouldnt be AS BAD if you couldnt kill the adjacent rares that spawn with him, since they kill him ahead of when you should be able to during the dreamsurge. Like what is going ON with this #$%^er.
