Rose gold is exactly where the description says to look. When you use the idol to find the rose gold, zoom in a bit, the idol over your head points you to it. took me a while to catch that. They are pretty small. The flux is also just like the description , look for the lava streams that touch the coast.

The Rose Gold Dust can be found along the Overflowing rapids river in Waking Shores. The Idol of Ohn'ahra will guide you towards their locations (note that mounting cancels the effect), with blue light shining from its eyes towards the location of the rose gold. The rose gold itself is a small clump of red dust. I personally found the area with the sulfur pools that contain the fire elementals a decent spot;

For the Ignatious flux I found them along the northern shore in waking shores;

Igneous Flux is found inside Igneous Flux

Hopefully the container location data makes its way to their maps soon. In the meantime, the locs posted in the other comment are good.

For the Rose Gold its Dusty red pellets You need atleast 50

For the Igneous Flux You need 8
Igneous flux can be found where Lava touches water, which also means when lava turned into coal and touches the water.

You can find the materials without coordinates -- with some patience. The Dusty Red Pellets and the Igneous Flux spawn where heat and water mix.

Rose Gold Dust: Find 50
Found in the sulfur ponds of The Overflowing Rapids. The Overflowing Rapids is a large area defined by the river that runs down the center of the map. It includes lush green waterfalls, the river and sulfur ponds.

Fly over and land on the shores of the sulphur ponds. The ponds are to the right of the words: "Obsidian Bulwark" on the map of The Waking Shores. The water is a clear turquoise and is populated by steam elementals.
Equip the Idol of Ohn'ahra. Walk around the shores of the sulphur ponds. Combat and using a mount turn off the Idol, so check to see that it's overhead.
The Idol of Ohn'ahra will beam a blue light in the direction of Dusty Red Pellets. You have to be very close to see them. The pellets appear as a group or two or three flat shapes. They are earth colors that blend in with the color of dirt and rocks. The next spawn location can take a few minutes to appear.
Each group of Dusty Red Pellets will yield several Rose Gold Dust.
I didn't see a Rose Gold Dust count on the screen. Check your inventory and stop collecting when you have 50.

Igneous Flux: Find 8
This looks like a small pile of sand on a rock. It also looks like the Disturbed Dirt treasure of the Dragonflight Expedition.

* Found where lava hits saltwater. Again, this is common in the Waking Shores.

This means you'll be flying to several locations. Open the zone map and see where red streams of lava run into the ocean. I found Igneous Flux in three locations:

Top left of the map north of the Life Binder Conservatory area. There are two streams of lava flowing into the sea. This is some distance to the left of the words, "Scalecracker Keep".
At the Wild Coast near the embarkation point to Azeroth.
At the south part of the Dragonbane Keep area -- where a lava stream flows into the ocean.

Be sure the Idol of Ohn'ahra is equipped. Follow the blue beam of light. Each pile of sand contains two Igneous Flux.

To complete Reforging a Legend fly to the Obsidian Citadel. Land at the dungeon spiral. Turn your back to the spiral. Turn to the right and fly down one level curving right as you fly. You'll see a giant forge and Weaponsmith Koref. He gives you the quest A Key To Reforg(ing). Assist him. Use the special action button to add the Rose Gold Dust and then the Igneous Flux.
