While the context of this Glyph seems ideal for PvP, the overall amount of healing you will do, versus the amount of risk and requirements is... lackluster.

In PvP it's very difficult to focus on beating down on a single target (With the exception of Hammer of Justice/Judgement) while also keeping allies in a general vicinity up. This glyph will offer a slight boost to your healing, but only implying you can move along side your adversaries and keep in melee range. In this time, every second you spend casting will deduct from the amount of melee damage you do to the target. In addition, you will always need to be within melee range of a hostile, which will more then likely be a melee gunning for your neck and should be kited to avoid maximum damage on your frail healer body.

Next we need to figure out just how much you'll be healing. On live (In Season 11 PvP Epics) I normally melee a target for somewhere between 300 - 500 damage, while I have yet to test this on the PTR, Logic dictates it will be around 500 - 1000 per swing* With only 30% going to one target per swing you would heal around 300 per tick, hitting once per 1.x seconds as long as you keep within melee range of the target, and are NOT using cast time healing spells.

In my opinion, the risk does not outweigh the reward. The glyph is way to situational for such little in return, grab it if you feel you need the extra boost, but otherwise avoid as a healer.

Bear in mind that this is going to apply to all melee attacks, and not just auto attack swinging.

Seems to me this glyph would be better suited for the specs that do sizeable melee damage (prot and ret).
Holy since 5.0.4 doesn't get hit rating from spirit anymore, and the melee damage has been down in the dumps for quite a while. Since this glyph is based on melee damage it wouldn't do much while in Holy spec, but put it on a prot and get him in the middle of a fight or on a ret and it should do a noticeable amount of party healing (unless they've restricted this glyph to holy only ofc).

This is designed for the Prot Paladins especially after the Nerf to

Seal of Truth and Censure now deal 80% less damage for Protection Paladins only

Prot Pallys now run with not since the Vengeance hot fix.

The use of & the glyph helps healers, helps save them mana too.

If you are running Challenge Modes it's almost required so you can run 1 tank and 4 dps on trash and some bosses.
