Three of them can be found easily with your mini-map. Riko can be a tad tricky.

Shokia is just south of Grookin Hill.
Rivett Clutchpop is just east of where the quest starts.
Shademaster Kiryn is southeast of Grookin Hil by a catapult.
Riko is the hardest to find and is found way south down by the docks.

Well. Riko's by far my most favorite primate-minded, comedic quest NPC ever...next to Budd Nedreck, of course.

Somehow I must have completed some quests that make these impossible to finish, the one in the Grok Vill. Weird.

When you go up to Riko, Rivett Clutchpop, Shademaster Kiryn and Shokia, they will give you a brief quip after handing you their report.

Riko says: Nagrim gonna be real happy with Riko! Here! Report is done!

Rivett Clutchpop says: Report's all ready to go, <name>! I don't mean to brag, but General Nazgrim should be pretty pleased with my work.

Shademaster Kiryn says: Here's the report, <name>. Oh! Make sure you mention my idea with the bombs. I have it lined out in the report.

Shokia says: Report? I have my hands full down here, <name>! Oh, alright, here you go.

While you cannot actually read their reports, you can actually get a general idea of what it could possibly be from reading the tooltips when you hover over the reports with your mouse.

Riko's Report
"While the report lacks any words you are able to make out a drawing of several slickies. You'll just have to fill in the gaps."

Rivett Clutchpop's Report
"Straight, to the point, and surprisingly optimistic."

Shademaster Kiryn's Report
"Everything appears in order. The request to strap poison bombs to the Hozen does strike you as odd."

Despite Sergeant Gorrok living through the encounter with the Jade Witch (after you save him), he doesn't seem to play a part in any of the quests from here on out. He's asleep in a hut after you save him, and proceeds to not be an important NPC for the duration of MoP it seems.

Shokia is found in Dominance Offensive, while Nazgrim and company (Kiryn and Clutchpop) travel to Kun-Lai. Gorrok is never seen again outside the Jade Forest.

Strikes me as a bit odd.

To anyone who had the same bug as me(seeing the quest icon on the map but not being able to take the quest), you need the pre-quest Get Back Here!, which is from a chain at Temple of the Jade Serpent(the zone not the dungeon)

If you see this quest pop up on the map and you can't seem to get the breadcrumb quest The Double Hozen Dare that finishes the chapter and leads you into this next series make sure you have done all the entry Pandaria content to actually arrive into Jade Forest. I myself forgot this is the starting zone and you need the prerequisites The Art of War questline finished. I spent wayyyy too long trying to figure out what quests I missed in the area when I actually needed to finish all the intro to Pandaria quests 😭.
