Hello. 30 Nov. Is the Quest !Hollow bugged? I get past the second part of this one but cannot see a way to get to the third part.

I can't figure out where to accept this quest. Though judging by the description "Feels like it's been years. Also feels like it's been minutes.", I'm guessing you are meant to wait a certain period of time (daily reset? weekly reset?) and then return to meet him again for this quest to "reminisce" or something like that?

Edit: Yup. Ended up being a weekly offered in 3 sections, as later stated in other comments here.

This quest is probably time gated, most likely weekly. There's at least one quest before this that I know off, The Bitter End that is also likely time gated. This was up for me now after reset, ending with Kolgar Flameguard and the Ruby Whelpling going into Ruby Lifeshrine inn at the base of the first platform and sitting down at a table. FYI, the whelping goes to sleep beside Kolgar, didn't know whelplings got a sleeping animation for Dragonflight.
Hollow Quest most likely starts here.

The full quests for Duroz & Kolgar are:

1) Untold Regrets
2) Pain Management
3) The Bitter End
4) Life After Life
5) Hollow

The quests are offered in 3 sections (1+2, 3+4, and 5). Each new section becomes available for your character after the next weekly reset.

For anyone curious, after completing this quest, Kolgar walks with the Ruby Whelpling from the Inn all the way to 71.0, 40.9, and then turns around, and heads back. Nothing is at the turnaround point other than some Ruby Fallen across the road. For some reason if you talk to him, he'll turn around and go back to his last turnaround point, then turn around and start that leg all over, even if he's closer to the other end, rather than just continuing walking from where he is.

I am at the last part of the 5th quest. Drink with Kolgar. what do i do here? theres nothing to click i tried /drink. sitting on both benches. bought some wine and drank it sitting down with him..
Anyone else complete it already?

This quest starts in the inn. Entrance at /way 57.71, 67.0 in Waking Shores.

This is the last quest of the series. Kolgar Flameguard is in the Ruby Lifeshrine ( /way 58.43 67.52 Kolgar ). He asks to drink with you.
Go across the room to the Bartender and do the choice having to do with Kolgar buying the drinks (the 2nd choice in the dialog)
Go back to Kolgar Flameguard and there will be a clickable MUG on the table, click it and go back to give it to Kolgar Flameguard .

There will then be a change in the quest to "Pick yp Kolgar's Pack" Check your minimap and there should be a large circle with a golden dot in it at ( /way 58.70 67.75 Kolgar's Pack ). On the table is Kolgar's Pack, right-click it to pick it up and go back to Kolgar Flameguard to give him the pack.

Quest changes again, this time to get Kolgar's Axe, which shows up in a large circle with golden dot at ( /way 58.62 67.60 Kolgar's Axe ), right-click it and go back to Kolgar Flameguard to give him the Axe. After giving him the Axe your Extra Action Button will pop up with a "One Last Drink" on it.
Click it to drink, which completes the items needed for the quest. Right click Kolgar Flameguard to complete the quest line and receive the achievement.

imho they shouldn't be gating side OR main story quests like this. Dailies/Weeklies yeah. If this gave some awesome armor or weapon? Ok. Got it. A mount maybe like Lizi? Ok ok. I can deal with that. It's already frustrating enough with Renown gated main storyline quests. Blizzard is doing everything in their power to keep people from completing the story too fast, like it's top tier raid gear.

This is literally the last quest I have to complete everything until I can get Renown to further the main story or go raid(which I won't be). Its not even really a grind anymore. It's paying to play a waiting game. Why level alts and play through the same exact things to the exact point I'm at 5-10 times? That causes burn out for me. Back to brain dead gathering for gold instead of actually playing the game for the story since this is literally my last side quest..

Quest is at the base of the Ruby Lifeshrine, not on the ledge where the flightmaster is.

The NPC dialogue associated with this quest:

After players have had their weekly reset, Kolgar will indicate he has another quest by calling out to the player once they are nearby:

Kolgar Flameguard says: <Name>, I still owe you that drink.

The player heads over to Vakaron, who says:

Looking for some "life water," traveler?

The player is able to respond, "Kolgar wants to buy another round of drinks." to which Vakaron will say:

The quiet one in the corner, right? I saw you talking to him. That's the first time I've heard him speak in days.

I'll get him another ale. What are you having?

No charge for either of you. I'm glad to see he has some company.

The player can choose from Ale, A glass of wine, A mug of tea, or Something fruity! (This choice doesn't appear to affect anything, it's just for immersion.)

Vakaron says: Here are your drinks.
Vakaron says: There's much more to see here than just the inside of this inn. Make sure he knows that.

The player goes back over to the table and sets down Kolgar's Tankard.

Kolgar nods to you when you set the tankard down in front of him.

Kolgar Flameguard says: You know, Duroz didn't want me to come. He was afraid he'd be holding me here. Captive.-- Sorry, can you grab my pack over there?

As the player retrieves Kolgar's Pack, Kolgar continues:

Kolgar Flameguard says: Dying here wasn't peace for him. He knew what he was doing. Always knew how to hurt himself worse than anyone else could.

Kolgar rummages in the pack, pulls out a cloak, and puts it on while speaking.

Kolgar Flameguard says: I started to wonder if I should have felt the same. The Blackrock clan added our share of bones to the Path of Glory. What was the difference?--My axe is over there, too, if you could.

The player retrieves Kolgar's Axe and returns to him.

Kolgar Flameguard says: The day he died was the first day he touched this whelp. I've seen an orc stare down a hundred vindicators with less fear than that. Like he was afraid the stain inside of him would spill out.

Kolgar slowly holsters the axe on his back, looking down at the sleeping whelp.

Kolgar Flameguard says: They'd says he died a coward but I don't know cowards who could do that. Maybe he did hold me captive in the end. I don't think I can go back anymore. One last drink, shall we?
Kolgar Flameguard says: Thank you, <name>. You didn't have to help, but you did. So did the dragons. Now, I... just want to take my friend on a very long walk.

The red whelpling nudges Kolgar's arm and looks pleadingly up at him.

Kolgar sighs.

Kolgar Flameguard says: Come on, then. I can't stop you.

Kolgar then walks out of the inn and towards the gardens, becoming this version of himself instead: Kolgar Flameguard
