To hand in the quest, go to the top to the seat of the aspects in Valdrakken, and talk to Nozdormu and you can hand it in there.

This quest is given when the Dracthyr who got legendary quest chain uses his cast ability to teach the temporary profession.
To complete quest: Once the crafter gets this, head to the Fyrakk event (it doesn't matter if you have done the weekly already) and farm rares with the Dracthyr

You will get 2% from small rares (Ward of Igira white Crystal)
You will get 5% for each of the large rares (Ward of Fyrakk blue crystal)

Once completed, head to Valdrakken to turn in the quest. When you have completed, just use the quest reward on the Dracthyr and they will get the buff.

It may not seem so, but the buff is totally worth the hassle if you are willing to help a friend.

Hi, question for anyone who can help me out, After I click the item to teach my guildie the recipe and they get the quest item in bags, it continues to say "You do not meet the requirements for this quest" They have Blacksmithing, they are lvl 70. i dont understand why im having this issue, but its making the temporal Vestigial farm slower due to not having the buff from the quest.......

I tried to use Ancient Memories on my blacksmithing friend(profession leared to 100), and he get Temporal Gossamer in his bag. Unfortunately, we had no luck to start the quest. When he trying to to click quest item to get quest, game saying "this quest is unavailable for you" or something like that.
We tried relogging, give him quest item one more time, nothing help.

Is this quest necessary to complete? I’ve basically completed all of the crafting materials and wondering if I can just submit the crafting order to the people who received the buff from the quest item?

The gossamer is consumed on use, so only use it on your best friend who's right there to help you the whole way.

If you give the quest to a friend from another faction, the % will NOT go up (at least outdoor)

This quest is still obtainable ? When i use the ancient memories Ancient Memoriesthe crafter obtain only the recipe

Temporal Gossamer

Strengthen the Temporal Gossemer from group content throughout the Dragon Isles. The Gossamer will only strengthen when in a party and near a holder of Ancient Memories.

	Complete Group Content while near Ancient Memories (1)
	Weak Resonating Vestigial (100)
	Major Resonating Vestigial (20)
	Strong Resonating Vestigial (10)

Description

The Temporal Gossamer takes shape in the form of delicate, silken strands that appear to strengthen when near an Evoker's Ancient Memories. Assisting the Evoker in finding Temporal Vestigials seems to empower the resolve of these webs, allowing them to bond closely with the Ancient Memories.
