There seems to be a huge interactable Emptied Hourglass, that would seem to work like with other kinds that spawns Information-Stuffed Clues for Clued In- but I can't see to find a spot where I can interact with it.

EDIT: Solved it! If you stand at at the top of the building, and slowly itch backwards, you'll find a spot where you're able to reach it (it seems impossible to land there directly), spawning the Information-Stuffed Clue (a duck) at the ground below.

Managed to click the hourglass by getting to the top of the shattered dome at slowly walking to coordinates ; careful as you might slip and fall down.

Here are the locations of the three Information-Stuffed Clues:

Emptied Hourglass: /way 56.81, 42.21. This object is big, however I was able to confirm that the only coordinates that allow you to click it are at /way 56.87, 42.1, as confirmed by CronoLink and Gnub here. This is easier to do with a regular, small flying mount because you can visibly position yourself in a better spot. Inch backwards to reach his coordinates to click it.

Drakonid Painting: /way 56.4, 42.9. In the river that turns into a waterfall directly south-by-southwest of the Hourglass.

Rusted Signal Horn: /way 57, 46.3. At the top of a crumbling tower with a Ravenous Dreadsquall flying circles around it.
