Here are the locations of the Information-Stuffed Clues for this world quest:

Forgotten Fishing Pole: /way 18.25, 13.09. Ground floor of the crumbling tower at Winglord's Perch.
Decaying Fish Bucket: /way 19.61, 15.39. At the top of the tallest tower at Winglord's Perch.
Overgrown Fishing Bench: /way 10.59, 11.57. On the ground on the smaller island west of the other two Information-Stuffed Clues. Tree may hide it from view if you're flying overhead.
