Not sure if it's addons that need updated or what but both of these questlines have been very buggy for me so far.

Located in Thaldraszus, you can find the item on top of a rock at /way 61.87, 29.85

The item we are looking for - glasses on the rock. To make them clickable, you need to point the light beam from the device on them.

You can use the quest item Technoscryers near the questguiver Zenata at /way 61.26, 30.75, on a floating island very high up on the north side of Thaldraszus.
Once you use the item, select the first option, then follow the light until the treasure trail is 100%. The exact location is on top of a small stone at /way 61.88, 29.85, behind the tree.
