Quest item given does not work. Unable to wear goggles.

Using the quest item gives you a vehicle bar. On the vehicle bar there is an "remove goggles" command that must be used at the end for the quest to complete.

Got the "To the Archives" quest and then to do the "Big Dig: Traitor's rrest" - This one and Technoscrying are not popping up for my main (did on an alt)
