For spell tracking, use this spell's ID 385954 to track Shield Charge. For example, if you want to add it to the addon BigDebuffs' list of stun spells, you can:

Go to ...\World of Warcraft\_retail_\Interface\addons\BigDebuffs folder.
Back up a copy of the BigDebuffs_Mainline.lua file as BigDebuffs_Mainline.bak.
Open BigDebuffs_Mainline.lua with a text editor.
Search for title of Warrior spells:
-- Warrior
and navigate to any line, such as the Storm Bolt line.
And then add a line with the following text:
= { type = CROWD_CONTROL }, -- Shield Charge
So now your BigDebuffs will also be tracking Shield Charge as one of the CC stuns. :D
